Leadership Development Plan
To ensure a ready pool of diverse, skilled leaders who reflect our values and mission and guide our committees and ministries, we have created and committed ourselves to this leadership development plan.
We used the Unitarian Universalist Association’s 12-Part Foundation of Faithful Leadership Formation to inspire us.This model identifies areas where leaders and potential leaders learn and grow.
- Sensibilities – help leaders develop get a broader view of the situations and the people
- Skills – competencies that can be developed through a combination of study and practice
- Self – develop self-awareness and find ways to cultivate and improve their full, authentic selves
