Unitarian Universalism is an historic liberal religious tradition dedicated to honoring the sacred in every soul while building the beloved community on earth. In an “us vs. them” world, we affirm the unity of humanity and the interconnections of all life. Unlike many religious traditions, we have no creed, but value the wisdom inherent in all the world’s traditions. We seek to be a third way, not fundamentalism nor consumerism, but an open and meaningful spiritual community committed to making the world a better place. We welcome all who aspire to such values.

A Celebration of Thanksgiving - An All Ages Service |
|
November 23, 2008 at 9:15 and 11:15 a.m.
Join us for our annual celebration of the harvest. Our service will center on our traditional ritual of generosity as we give food to serve those in need. Please bring packaged items of food, which we’ll give to support the local Crisis Ministry. Also, we will take a special offering to help the Rock Tavern Unitarian Universalist congregation recover from the fire that destroyed their building.
Worship Leaders: Rev. Forrest Gilmore & Rev. Chris Reed
Worship Associate: Ted Fetter
Music: Adult Choir, Kids’ Chorale
