Rona Henry (2010-2013)

Rona Henry has been a UU member since 2000, when her daughter Kate, then age 7, began to express an interest in God and church. Until 2009, Rona served as the class  liaison for Kate’s RE classes – and proudly watched as Kate sat on the RE Council as the youth representative for two years. Rona’s major volunteer work for UUCP has been to serve as co-chair of the Stewardship Committee for three years – particularly leading the effort to develop a Giving page on our website and, for a year, she was the Stewardship Committee representative to the group working on the Master Plan. Over the years she’s belonged to several convenant groups and has participated/volunteered at various UU events and programs. Rona is married to Rob Henry who has been serving as one of the UUCP Webmasters for several years. From her professional life working in healthcare and philanthropy, she brings management experience – especially in the areas of fiscal management, marketing and leadership development.
