Board of Trustees Member - Jonathan Sachs
Jonathan Sachs (2009-12)
Jonathan (and his wife, Susan) began attending UUCP in 1991, after moving to Pennington from the Philadelphia suburbs where they were members of the Main Line Unitarian Church of Devon, PA. Shortly after signing the membership book in February, 1992, Jonathan served on the long-range planning committee (chaired by Kay Bretnall). From 1995-1998, Jonathan served as a trustee-at-large on the Board of Trustees and several years later as the chair of the Personnel Practices Committee. He served for two years as co-chair of the Stewardship Campaign and one year as Stewardship Standing Co-chair. Jonathan returned to the Board of Trustees in July, 2007, serving as vice-president in 2008-2009 and as president in 2009-2010. Jonathan and Susan have two sons, Andrew and Evan, both of whom attended RE through Youth Group at UUCP. Both sons are currently in college. When he's not working in his medical practice in Princeton, Jonathan can be seen cycling the roads of Hopewell and Amwell Townships if the weather permits.
