We are a Welcoming Congregation

Our mission statement expresses our core values:

In our open, welcoming community we live our message of hope, love, justice, and joy.

To fulfill our mission, we are becoming
— a Space without barriers, that nurtures the spirit, invites healing in community, is fresh and welcoming, and connects…
— People who grow together in faith and understanding, finding strength in our diversity and differences, supporting one another through shared ministry, leading and sustaining our congregation with hearts and hands, minds and means, connected to…
— a World where we actively proclaim our story of love and justice, advocate for stewardship of the earth, and work with our neighbors to create the beloved community

Princeton – a Unitarian Universalist Congregation

We, the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Princeton, are a welcoming medium-sized Unitarian Universalist Congregation, with over 300 members, in central New Jersey. We worship together, offer religious classes for children and youth and spirituality programs for adults. We strive to make the world a better place. This is a community that celebrates both our joys and our sorrows together.

With a history beginning in the late 1940s, our congregation embraces and supports all ages. We are one of more than 1,000 Unitarian congregations and churches in the world, mostly in North America.

All ministry is shared ministry. Our minister, staff, and members create and enliven what we offer each other and the world. Our core ministries are Worship, Lifespan Religious Education, Social Justice, Pastoral Care, and Building Community.

We welcome you. Your spiritual life will grow here and make this Unitarian Universalist congregation stronger, more vibrant.  Meet with our minister Rev. Bill Neely and explore your spiritual goals, expand your gifts and passions. May you thrive here.
